Inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean, this savoury sourdough loaf is packed with rich sun-dried tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, and fragrant basil. Hand-shaped and slowly fermented for a full, rounded flavour and chewy crumb, it’s finished with a golden crust and a moreish, soft interior. Delicious served warm with olive oil or alongside soups, salads, and antipasti.
